Your data stays yours

When you sign in, we store your email address and a unique account ID. We do not ask for your name, phone number, location, or anything else.

Your original CV file and job description are sent to our server for processing. The original uploaded file is discarded after processing and is not stored on our servers.

We do store the following to provide you with your results:

• Alignment check results: the score, identified gaps, and the company and role name so you can revisit your results. These are automatically deleted after 2 days.
• Reframed CV output: the generated document is stored so you can download it. These are automatically deleted after 7 days. You can also delete individual results from your history at any time.
• Token balance and transaction history: a record of purchases and usage for your account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your email is used solely for authentication. We do not send marketing emails.

We use trusted third-party providers to run Reframed:

• Authentication and storage: account data, results, and files are hosted on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Payments: card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• AI processing: CV text and job descriptions are sent to Anthropic (Claude) for alignment checks and reframing. Anthropic does not use this data for model training.

We use essential cookies for authentication only. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.

We do not keep your results indefinitely. Alignment check results are automatically deleted after 2 days. Reframed CV documents are automatically deleted after 7 days. You can also delete any result from your history manually at any time before it expires.

To delete your entire account, including your email, token balance, and any remaining results, contact us and we will remove everything permanently.

If we change this policy, we will update this page. We will not reduce your privacy protections without notice.
